The challenge

As the product grew, the original app became fragmented — exactly when users needed clarity most.

Booking appointments, managing therapies, reviewing medical history and tracking health data existed as separate tools, forcing users through disconnected flows.

01

Healthcare tools were fragmented across the app.

02

Users lacked a clear home base for daily health tasks.

03

The interface needed a calmer, more trustworthy visual language.

04

Medical reports required AI-powered analysis with strong accuracy controls.

What we built

A redesigned, rebuilt mobile-first health platform with AI-powered medical report analysis.

Redesigned around trust, accessibility and reduced anxiety — clearer hierarchy, modular layouts, softer colors, larger typography, improved contrast and full Dark Mode support.

01

A personal health home

A personalized dashboard with dedicated spaces for appointments, therapies, medical records, wellness tracking and family profiles — plus a global quick-action button to book, add reminders or upload reports from anywhere.

02

AI report analysis, user-approved

OCR, document classification, validation and medical parameter mapping — then users review and approve before anything is stored. AI interprets; it doesn't diagnose.

03

Rebuilt infrastructure

React Native, NestJS microservices, PostgreSQL and AWS, with secure document upload pipelines and real-time sync APIs for clinic booking systems.

Tech stack React Native NestJS PostgreSQL AWS OCR

AI acts as an interpreter — not as a doctor or decision-maker.

Insights are framed as educational guidance rather than clinical diagnosis.
